a little about me

I’m a creative leader, brand builder and big-picture thinker who still loves getting into the details. Over the past 20 years, I’ve worked across agencies and in-house teams, helping brands uncover what makes them distinct and turning strategy into creative people actually notice—and hopefully remember.

For more than a decade, I’ve led creative teams, which is genuinely one of my favorite parts of the job. I love bringing talented people together, creating room for good ideas to get better and helping creatives grow with confidence. I’m as comfortable shaping the big picture as I am rolling up my sleeves, making the deck better or getting deep into the work alongside the team.

Outside of work, I’m usually with my family, soaking up as much of Colorado as we can—camping, hiking, skiing or finding any excuse to be outside. I’m endlessly curious, appreciate people who don’t take themselves too seriously and believe some of the best ideas start with a really good conversation.
